So I've noticed that Melbourne is a leader in the property porn stakes and in fact, in this regard, it frequently trumps Sydney. Now we all know that Sydney is the greatest place on earth but why can't it have hot sexy property porn like Melbourne?

If you look at the floorplan you'll see this room is completely internal, meaning there's no natural light so it was a great idea to make it a theatre room. But the pictures make it all look like something out of The Shining.
