Yes, it's another warehouse conversion in Melbourne. Get over it, I already warned you there'd be heaps of these. This property made me think of my friend Olivia and I think she'd like it. At least I hope so. If she doesn't I'm going to look like a right dick.

8 Penny Lane, South Yarra VIC

This building used to be home to The Style Council and was converted to a single residence by Daryl Jackson. Apparently he's "renowned". Everyone put their impressed faces on.
