This house was redesigned by John Wardle. He's apparently big in Melbourne. I don't doubt that, I've just never heard of him but probably the Melbourne folk haven't heard of Susan Rothwell, Stanley Lesiuk, Walter Barda etc so you know, swings and roundabouts and all that. I like this place a lot. It's not ostentatious but it's roomy and the parent's retreat in particular is special. What I particularly like about this place is attention to detail, especially when factoring in the younger residents. As the listing states: "Integrated desks, a children's library ladder, paper roller and crayon container reflect an emphasis on whole family enjoyment which is a Wardle signature."

Well played Mr Wardle, well bloody played. I bow to you.
