FACT: I'd put out if someone bought this for me.

I like where I live but I've lived lots of places and tend towards restlessness so I often find myself pondering where else I'd like to live. There are places overseas I'd like to return to, New York stands out for me the most but by and large I like Sydney the best. I live near the beach but it would be fair to say that, a love of water not withstanding, I'm not really a beachy kind of person. Maybe I'd be more inclined that way if there weren't so many bitey things in the water.

Anyway, for a while I considered moving back to Mosman but that's changed and quite frankly I'm not sure I'd move back there even if I were paid to. I am, however, very fond of Paddington. And especially fond of this next property. Honestly, I go off like a frog in a sock so you really should buy it for me.

I'm just going to get it out of the way; it has underfloor heating. You know how I feel about that. I'm also in love with the studio above the garage, it would suit me down to the ground in regards to (future) work.  The kitchen is fantastic, really loving that and I also love the large laundry. You know how I feel about those awful cupboard laundries...
