The Queen of Woollahra (now with floorplan!)

This next property is nothing short of a masterpiece and I don't use that superlative lightly. I'm making this post having just seen it, it's that striking I couldn't wait.

176 Queen Street, Woollahra NSW

There's no floorplan on the listing which is a shame as I'd like to know what the deal is with the dwelling out the back. I suspect it could be the upper part of a basement garage but can't be sure. One thing I am sure about is that I love this place, Alex Tzannes has managed to strike, what is to me, the perfect balance between function and style.
