Time for another conversion. This next one sold in June 2012 for $1,012,000 so don't get too excited about it but it's a nice example of a warehouse conversion that has all the quirks you'd expect from a recycled building. Is this one on the correct side of the river Alex M? ;)

I love the presentation of this place, it's very welcoming and is very chic without being try-hard. I also like that it's practical and all the space is usable as well as very flexible. If it were me, I'd keep the current layout although might do something about separating the downstairs bedroom from everything else but it's not totally necessary to do that.
