Sorry for the absence kids. Happy new year, merry Christmas, happy holidays, mazel tov etc. And hey! Fiscal cliff avoided! This is potentially very good news for the world economy so hopefully the Sydney market will start to kick off again and we'll see some real growth. It's not horrible at the moment, just really stagnant and unpredictable.

Killarney, Byron Bay, NSW

Good christ, look at this one. It's a 109 year old house in the heart of Byron Bay. To be honest, I'm not sure I'd be super keen on the location (rather be further out) but that's just a personal thing. This place is nothing short of spectacular. I mean seriously amazing.
