Oh Em Eff Gee

Well, as predicted, the house around the corner from me sold for pretty much asking price. I'm really pleased with the price they got but mostly I'm pleased because yet another one of my clever real estate predictions came true. *smug* This house sold quickly with the new agent not because the new agent is so great (he's not)) but because the market had risen enough to support their asking price. Anyway, I'm pleased for the vendors but hope they've learnt a valuable lesson about over-capitalising.

I just found this place and am overcome with longing. I don't even really know where Bellarine is but I don't care, this place is just golden. More info can be found here. Oh yeah, the total land size is around 150 acres. Bags not mow the grass.
