Lisheen House - For a Limited Time Only

Once again, let me present to you, Lisheen House. You may remember that I posted about this property a couple of years back. It had offer and acceptance at the time but the sale fell through because the buyer was apparently a bloody mentaller. Can't say I was super impressed with the agent either but won't say too much about that, it's a small area and things might get awkward. Anyway, in the years since, the house has been tarted up even more and is ready for another campaign.

I'm not going to go too much into this because I'm lazy and this article says it all for me. But I will say this, this place is a bloody bargain. Unlike most of these kinds of houses, this house runs properly. All the annoying crap that comes with houses this old has been dealt with so you don't have to worry about leaking roofs or dodgy wiring or any of that usual stuff plus the house is very energy efficient. This house is on the market for a limited time only, if it doesn't sell by the end of the summer, it's being withdrawn. Owners are only selling because they feel they're just not in Ireland enough anymore to justify such a large property but they don't actually need to sell. I'm not super happy about this listing but I've put on my big girl pants and drunk a cup of cement to get over it. #woe
