Stunning basement apartment in Elizabeth Bay

If this place had parking I'd be all over it like a fat kid on a piece of cake. The interior walls are an interesting touch but they work for me. The real estate blurb tells me the designer, Gregory Mellor, used to work for my Lord and Savior, Thomas Hamel which explains why I like this place so much.
