Perfect Paddington Renovation

I don't know if the renovation is recent but it was a good header and this place sure as hell's been updated since it was first built so I'm going to stand by my choices here.

92 Paddington Street, Paddington NSW

This has everything I love; the windows, the bathrooms, even the green in the kitchen. Excellent location and fantastic layout. I don't imagine this will last long on the market at all. Another car space would be good but that's a minor thing. I especially love the green wall in the centre atrium.
