OK my Australian readers, with this farm there's good news and there's bad news. The good, if not slightly depressing, news is that this place was, in terms of Australian property prices, basically free. The bad news is that it's sold. For (approx) AUD$620,000. 21 acres of beautiful land with a super gorgeous farmhouse in the middle of a lovely area for 620K.  OK sure, it's out in the middle of nowhere and my word does it get cold there but it's beautiful and old (1830) and fabulous.
