Hyper chic home in Collaroy

What is it with the Collaroy basin lately? So many amazing homes and sooooo much Hamptons-style decor. And I'm not mad at that even if it's ever so slightly unoriginal. But it is a smart choice as it's neutral, photographs well and totally suits the area. In any case, it seems this place has been staged for sale but it's been done well and it shows off the house very well.
