This is the penthouse at The Top of the Town. Formerly a posh hotel, the site was acquired by the Hayson Group and redone from top to bottom. There is still a hotel within the building but these days it is primarily residential. 

The views from this apartment are fabulous but my favourite part would have to be the sky lawn. And what's with the sofa in the master bedroom? It's as though its been set up so your mates can watch you have a session...
