Guys, Jennifer Hawkins is way more than a pretty face; the woman is also a kick ass property developer. I'm not going to go into numbers here, you can look that up if you're keen but let's just say that, as far as I know, she's made some really impressive house flips. Including this one just this month which was bought by a famous cricketer whose name escapes me because I don't care about sportsballings.

Oh and if you're thinking of being a creeper, don't bother, she doesn't actually live in this house so you're shit out of luck.
