OK, let's just get this out of the way, this is a really lovely terrace and at approximately $1.8 million, it's a good buy. The street appears to be lovely and the terrace is warm and inviting.

But we need to talk about that cat, that really, really grumpy cat. I don't know about you but I get the impression that the cat is happy to stay where it is and would greatly appreciate if you could just get stuffed. Well played to the agent on this one, I absolutely laughed my backside off at this.
