1920's Perfection in Toorak.

Someone's put a lot of thought and love into this house and it really shows. As far as I'm concerned, they've gotten everything right. I particularly love the dining annex overlooking the pool and backyard although I'd maybe use it as a study and turn the current study into a cosy TV room.
